Yes, Bill, about 110 people came! Many could not find us b/c I told them to walk into the park from 130 Cherry Ave (the Community Center). If they would have just walked one block from Cherry, we were right on the stage. That's okay though. It wasn't their fault. I guess I didn't give out better instructions.
When I do things like this, I must think of the person who is the easist to get lost. (That would probably be me ) I hope to meet your wife and you at our next Tea Party (9-12!) or the one after that. We shall not give up, we shall not give in, we will never quit, there is no victory without a defeat of the other agenda.
NO more spending our money! Did you hear about the treaty he signed with USSR? Yeah, and he thinks he doesn't have to go through the Senate for approval! We must stop him fast.
Thank you for your service and your wife's (and families) sacrifices. Welcome home, friend. God bless your family and you. and God bless America! Semper Fidelis (I'm not Navy, I failed the physical.)

My wife and I live in Las Vegas. We wanted to go to the ocean over the fourth and also wanted to support a Tea Party. We went online and found the one at Bixby Park in Long Beach and since that was where we were headed, we tried to find the Party. We got into town at a little after noon, checked into the Long Beach Marriott, and then drove down to the Beach. Bixby Park and Bluff Park were packed with wall to wall people. We drove past on Ocean then up Cherry, we realized that just to find a parking place and to walk back to the park would take until after 3. Sorry that we missed the party, but you can count us as supporters. I hope that at least part of the people at Bixby Park were there for the tea party. We couldn't tell.
God bless the USA and Semper Fi.
