He's wearing a spring onion? And this man has money to burn? I don't think I am getting the joke.
Yes, it must have something to do with Prince Harry having turned a man. But he's wearing it wrong. It goes in the hat.:

I have always loved Charles in spite of his problems, because I remember hearing an interview with him as a young man when he said the person he would most like to meet and talk with in the whole world was Alexander Solzhenitzin.
He also served in the armed forces.
