Great deal, great colors!
omg I so remember the same deal when Grease came out in the theatres! I think my mom took me & my brother b/c it was the lesser of two evils (my friends had all seen Dawn of the Dead the same year & that was definitely on my parent's not for kids list). Then my friends & I had the DOUBLE album that we listened to endlessly & sang along with in mini-performances.
The best thing about Grease is it's timelessness! My (now 17 yo) daughter & her friends all loved it too when they were about 9 or 10 & did the EXACT SAME things as was done 20 years earlier! What a riot! She used to yell at me b/c I would recite the dialogue along with the movie while she watched it. Who can't, right? It's so addictive. You just HAVE to. lol!
I have a funny Grease story, but I'll tell it to you in person sometime! Which I could've done today, curses, turns out my SIL is sick and at her parents, so no visiting, alas.

I love mini-cables too. Easy to do, but it does kind of twist the sock. I am sure it will wear straight. I had this sock yarn in my stash for several years.... I have never knit up the cotton content sock yarn until now. I have another ball of a striping type, that will probably be next on the list.
I forgot to ask you - where did you get such a great deal on that trekking yarn? I LOVE trekking, wouldn't mind promising myself a little treat - like knit 4 skeins up, buy 1.
