That was the main drawback I'd heard about The Sea: the sentences are just too darn long. Since I have the attention span of a fruit fly, I decided to pass on it. I'd recommend "Into the Forest" by Jean Hegland. Could not put it down.

Those slippers are BRIGHT. Wow... Yeah, I get annoyed when $$$ yarn has lots of knots and other issues... So, you didn't have a wasted trip to the Dome, eh?
