I hope I can bring something up here without causing trouble. Yesterday a friend posted http://crazycatladymel.livejourn...com/ 375084.html about a possible situation with a charitable knitting effort which may be not necessarily appreciated by the intended recipients.

I had never really thought to check into my charitable knitting projects before the way I would check into a charitable money donation, and I was just wondering if this sort of situation had ever occured to you (or any of your readers) - it certainly hadn't to me.
