I love the picture of snowy Fiona - it looks like she might think you are to blame for the snow! Wasn't it a great weekend for knitting??

I'm glad you re-started the Tofutsies sweater. It's going to be really cute! Fiona looks adorable, too.
Looks like a great CTH skein-- is it potluck or a regular color?

Love the package. Fiona looks so lovely with just a pretty dusting of snow. Looks like we picked a good weekend to not meet up afterall!

Poor Fiona! I tried to let Bugsy out on Sunday, but he took one look and went back to the livingroom for a nap.

I just love that pic of snow-covered Fiona. I guess she has a nice plush coat so at least she isn't cold.
I was utterly bored by the Oscars last night. I grumble every year but watch anyway. I believe they call it the 'Superbowl for women'!
I need to email you about Key West stuff. What fun to go to warm places, especially in this weird bass-ackwards winter!

I thought Ellen had some great lines last night.
I am also sick of snow. I feel like a very old woman today after the shoveling.

What a great swap package, the sock patterns are interesting.
Fiona looks like she enjoys the snow!
I just heard 6-12" on Wednesday, ahhh...MN winters...

Renee, I am so glad you like your package. I just had to go with the jewel tones, even though it strayed a bit from the hearts and roses theme!
Can't wait to see the CTH made up into those beaded socks. That will totally rock. Clear crystals would look like diamonds nestled in the jewel tones (just thinking out loud here)!
Your puppy is just precious! Since mine are white, they just kinda blend into the snow. Then they track a bunch of it in the house!

Looks like a fun swap!
I am also stiff and sore from shoveling heavy, wet snow and chipping up an inch thick layer of ice from my driveway and sidewalks.
Then the incompetent plow driver didn't even come within 6 feet of the end of my driveway!! I'm not shoveling 6 feet of street just because he can't get his act together. Damn, that made me mad!!
Tofutsies looks great - can't wait to see it finished!

FINALLY! I must say, I am hugely relieved to know that MN finally has snow when I don't. Ours is mostly gone but for the glacier in the front yard (north facing); it's slowly but surely melting...give it another couple weeks. Then again, they're calling for snow on Wednesday. And we did have some when I woke up on Saturday...never fear, though, it was gone by noon and the day ended in the 50s. Hooray for "normal" Colorado weather!

Great SP package - very nice.
Cutest little snowdog ever.
We saw Ghostrider on Monday as well. Totally did not buy Eva as a 16 year old - what? I think her wardrobe deserves an award, but she's like a Bratz doll.
I kept thinking of Nic Cage doing his Elvis impersonation during this movie. I totally blew off the Oscars!
