How nice that you could be at your nephew's baptism. And thanks for the tip about Mary Lue's moving to Mankato. I did not know that!

I don't blame your nephew one bit, you meanies. Glad to hear that the sweater was well-received!
I keep forgetting about Mary Lue's. That's going to be so strange...

What a stinker! So, he was absolutely wonderful up until picture time?
I've never seen a baby in a tie before. Cute!

Beautiful baby boy - and so dapper in a suit of all things. And yes, we knitters LOVE the oohs and aahs of others don't we. It's not as if we'd do it just for sheer enjoyment ever!!

Mary Lu's is okay, but The Tangled Skein has some really nice yarn and the girls that run it are super - it is on Park Row in St. Peter. Mary Lu's is having a hard time competing with the Tangled Skein so the move to Mankato will be a good thing. I shop at both, but really like the atmosphere at the Skein better - there are usually a few people knitting when I stop in and they are so helpful.
I live in N. Mankato, so having a store here will be convenient.

Cute pictures! Hope you enjoyed the nice warm weather, too. : ) That sock yarn is bright and cheery.
