While President Bush profoundly states that he doesn't govern through focus groups, it's apparent he does 'rule' on the Machiavellian principles of manipulating intelligence and mobilizing America's homophobic, racist and bigoted sector of the country for political gain. Thankfully, according to his supposedly Christian beliefs, he will someday be judged on his actions and not just his publicly-stated beliefs.
