Yeh, well that's Great Britain for you---the biggest nanny state of all these days. At one point several years ago they even had a bill before Parliament to ban sharp knives in kitchens to save people from being cut. I kid you not either. I never followed up on that and don't know what happened, but that's the sort of thing their government spends time on.
The Brits have become a nation of babies!!!
So, if they constantly run into other people, it is okay then? Good thing Americans are so fat - we've got built in padding.
