I thought it was 'Tax everyone and blame Bush!'
Today's Wall Street Journal had an editorial by Karl Rove saying you just can't trust Zero about numbers. He just doesn't realize yet that you could take ALL the income from the top 10% of earners and there would still be a huge deficit. The rich don't have enough money to pay all the bills the Dems are funning up.
And yet they lecture us about fiscal responsiblity.
"Tax the Rich" are the code words Liberals continually use to create class envy, while knowing that the $'s are not there to cover all the increases they are implementing unless they tax far more than "The Rich". Even the Emperor's promise to not increase taxes for any one making less than $250,000 (or was it $200,000 in the next speech) is bogus because he knows the $'s are not there if he holds to the promise. Their plan is to raise taxes on anyone who pays taxes because that's the true belief for a Liberal politician, they believe in "fairness and equality of outcomes" which to them means everyone should have the same fixed amount of $'s (except for the politician who deserves more) and get all the rest of what they need from the government handouts at the public feeding trough!! The other group who they always exempt is themselves, since they believe they are above such things. After all they are "public servants" and therefore should be exempt form all the junk they put on the real tax payers.
I'm still waiting for Barry and Michelle to pay back taxes on all those millions they made under Bush, yet only paid the Bush tax rates. They should step up and voluntarily pay the higher rates they're advocating now for the past 8 years. It's only 'chump change', right?
