"(you'll never get this one)"

Then why tease us Fred??

Gravatar Because it is so much fun to try and guess, I'll provide hints.

And welcome home Bill.

Gravatar Algore's SAT score?

Gravatar The temperature it's been around here for the last three weeks?

Gravatar Hello,

My name is Aaron Robertson, and I am the VP of Marketing, as well as a political analyst/social commentator for BipolarNation.com, a site launched by college students/grads of Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee.

We love your site and we're wondering if you'd be open to the possibility of a link exchange? We have already added you to our Blog Roll.

Sorry I am posting this message in the comments section of one of your posts, but I could not locate an e-mail address to send this privately to you.

Gravatar No test score, nothing to do with the weather

Gravatar Thanks Fred...but I'm not home yet...I'll be there tomorrow!

Gravatar Excellent guess Mr Folk....

Not even close, think transit.

Gravatar Hey Fred, were you really sitting and watching the buses? Haha.

Anyway, has anyone noticed currently there is no place to park at the new transit center if you WANTED to take the bus? There is not even a decent place to drop people off, my husband has used this bus to get to the airport on occasion, and the only place to wait seems to be behind the transit center in a driveway of what looked like an abandoned building. I noticed someone next to us doing the same thing. There is also not a protected place from the elements to wait for the buses. Take a look, you'll see what I mean. The "roof" is much too high to offer protection. The renovated train station is beautiful, but it's a little too far from the buses to wait inside, I'd be afraid I'd miss the bus or not see it pull in.

While I would personally rather take a bus or train if I had to commute everyday (I hate driving on the freeway, especially in winter), the current bus situation as it is seems too un-user friendly to make it convenient. Given a choice of train or bus, the train is preferable, you have more room, you can get up and walk around, if you are on a noisy car you can get up and move elsewhere. No comparison for me.

Both my husband and neighbor rode together and commuted for years using Metra from Kenosha to Chicago. It saved us a ton of money and wear and tear on the car. My husband enjoyed it because he was able to do work on his laptop on the way to and from. Convenience and ease of use makes a huge difference.

I'm not really too surprised at the low ridership numbers on the bus.

Gravatar Nah Sandra, right place, right time, only took a second to look.

Gravatar It may be a good point Fred. On the other hand, I much prefer riding the train to the bus. I generally almost never ride the bus and will try to use the metro/el whenever possible.

Gravatar WOW! Fred...you must be confident of your election to be sitting around watching buses!!

Thanks for the game...this was a tough one!!!!

Gravatar Took about 40 seconds Bill, just happened to be in the area.

Gravatar Gee Fred, I think they call this anecdotal evidence.....

Gravatar I think it also depends on time of day. Rush hour or another time people are commuting to work is different than other times.

Gravatar fyi,
Do you have anything of substance to contribute? Or just take partisan cheap shots?
