The proper spelling of "y'all" is, well, "y'all." It's a contraction of "you" and "all." Ergo, the apostrophe belongs after the "y."

It is funny that she cannot remember the word nationalize but she sure understands how it would work.

I would love one of these executives to just man up and ask Ms. Waters what she has ever produced in her life? how many barrels of oil has she extracted from the ground how many gallons of gas has she refined if anyone is not earning their paycheck it is congress critters
