Well, even the post office has to pay for those extravagant CEO parties somehow. They are "entitled" don't ya know!
You can, however, buy the "Forever Stamp:" if you want to invest in a stamp that will never be out of date even if postage goes up----that is, if you can affort to bankroll about 100,000 of them.
