oh, Fred....
Maybe you missed the speech he gave in Berlin calling himself a citizen of the world?
These aren't the illegal funds you're looking for....and for that matter, the droids your're looking for either.
still Unreal... |

I don't thing the Obamabots care one iota where his money is coming from, and neither does the news media.
And I'm afraid to think it, but I have the feeling Obama will win the election. He's got people fooled, especially the young, but sorry to say, also people of my age. It doesn't matter what he does. He's Teflon coated.
I listened to the debate last night, and once again, I don't think it changed anyone's mind. Obama was articulate, as usual, with half truths and some truths that scared the living hell outta me----such as his being willing to walk into Pakistan to go after terrorists if Pakistan can't or won't go after them. Mc Cain may be more of a hawk, but at least he had the sense to give a warning about just walking into a country that has been our ally and is a nuclear power. Talk about Obama madness!!! Yet I heard not one single pundit mention it afterwards.
I fear for our country if he is elected, not only for what he said about Pakistan, but for his whole socialist way of thinking.
Well, at least the debate did stay fairly civilized, and frankly, I wish it hadn't. I wish McCain had given him hell.

Oh, and neither of them went within a hundred miles of the illegal immigration problem. I expected that from Obama. I'm sorry that McCain didn't address it, and hasn't been addressing it.
Like I said, I'll vote for McCain because he's the only choice I've got, but it isn't going to be with a whole lot of confidence.

Speaking of issues coming and going.
Do you think Dems are happy about fuel prices coming down?

They may be happy that the gas is coming down, but they are happy that the economy is tanking big time. I think certain liberal leaders have sexual pleasure seeing the economy tank.

Petunia, I heard from some of the speech writers on NPR that the illegal immigration issue hasn't come up because it's too hot to handle. Neither candidate wants to address it, and so they avoid it even if someone asks the question, and I think it's cowardly of McCain not to address it. From Obama I don't expect it, but I do from McCain.
The fact is that giving easy loans to illegal immigrants if just PART OF THE PROBLEM of this whole economic mess. All the border states were especially hard hit with those loans not being paid back. I am so sick of people sucking the system dry instead of putting back into it for the common good and the good of the country.

Good ol' U.S.A., a nation of con jobs, including those running for president. I'm so glad my father is no longer here to have to be witness to all of this. His heart would break into a zillion pieces. The U.S.A. was his one hope for the world.
Yeah, BIG HOPE if you want to learn how to be a politican who cons the citizens! I'm so disgusted, as you can tell, I can harldy stand it anymore.
