Alloy.com is a lot like Delias, but they have a bigger selection. Also? Their clearance section? To die for.
They offer more sizes (00-25), and more inseams (30-37). Virtually anybody can find something there.

Marshall's and TJMaxx. No online store, but SUPER CHEAP clothes and SUPER CUTE shoes and SUPER CUTE bags. I have to limit myself to only one trip a month because I break myself every time.
I used to be IN LOVE with Delia's then stopped for some reason. And of course once I moved away from home, there is now a Delia's store in the mall that is 1/2 a mile away as well as a Delia's outlet at Woodbury commons (run quick). Glad to see that someone else is infatuated with Delia's as well.
It's not online, but Century 21 is my all time fave store. Since I live in Texas though I only get to shop there when I visit my bro in Manhattan. Otherwise I love OldNavy.com and Burtsbees.com (overstock and discontinuted items).
