Yay! I totally can't wait to try all this stuff out. My favorite liner/eyeshadow tool is Stila Convertible Eye Color. It has a creamy liner pen on one side, smudger on the other side, and shadow in the middle. King of hard to explain, so here's a link to view the pic:

And yeah, it is 18 bucks. But SO worth it, in my opinion. I have hazel eyes, and I have it in teak. (But I'm dying to try it in Slate and Berry.) I use it every day for a really subtle smoky eye, but I don't really use it if I want really . . . POPPY shadow.
Anyway, I'm pysched to try out your reccomendations!!!

Wow, this sounds awesome! I've always had the same problems as you when I try to apply liner... it just looks way too obvious or weird or something. This sounds perfect.
Of course, this came just a tad too late... I just splurged on $80 worth of goodies from Sephora on Monday, and given my limited budget, I'm going to have to wait to try this stuff. Sad. But, it's totally going on my "products to try" list.

I don't think $80 worth of products can ever be *too* sad!

Sounds awesome: going to Sephora on Monday, and I'm totally going to pick some up. Oh, and I was wondering: I've been looking for the perfect winter coat. Got any reccomendations?

Oh, and I forgot to mention-the eyeliner on the convertible eye color is automatic!!! no more sharpening!!!
and on a completely different subject, I've finally found my perfect foundation: maybelline dream matte mousse. it gives exactly the right amount of coverage, while still looking fabulously light. yum!

Yay, eye make-up post! I've been wanting to try Liqui-efy, even though I'm not sure if I even really need too. If I am wearing full on eye shadow (and I prefer vibrant colors like the ones in that huge palette--hellow next purchase), I generally eschew eyeliner. I will use an angled brush to add a little deeper color to the outside V, but that's it. However, I do like to do a heavy liquid liner with no shadow--but I like that dramatic line. I use MAC fluidline, but I'm just not quite handy enough to do it perfectly every time, which is a bitch because liquid eye liner is not easy to remove.
I second the reccommendation for Stila Convertible Eye Color--the colors are great and the applicator is awesome and easy to use.
On the topic of Too Faced products, their Eye Shadow Luxe is great--very pigmented, lots of staying power, doesn't crease too much. I am, however, a MAC girl through and through--shadows, pigments, you name it, I love it. I'm a little obsessive about it, really. You name the occasion, I'll give you a shadow/liner combo.

Hi! I'm a girl from Barcelona (Spain). I love your blog!
I have another blog about women with style in the street, in Barcelona (and anothers places of Spain).
I invite you to take a look to it and if you like you could add a link to my blog in yours.
Thanks anyway.
Besos.

I just bought the Liquif-Eye Eyeshadow Transformer - just the little bottle, not the whole eyeshadow palette - and I couldn't be happier. It works great with any type of eyeshadow & I'm glad because I don't think that cute throwback to the '80s palette would work for me.
