That LashExact stuff is nice. It's one of the few times I've read about a product in a magazine and actually bought it (perhaps because, unlike many products featured in Allure, Covergirl mascara actually fits into my budget sometimes). I also have some CG Fantastic Lash that I use a lot, and I like that, too.
This is my first time commenting, btw--I love your blog; it's like a magazine, but free and more personalized. Keep it up!

I've been very happy with MAC Fibre Rich mascara lately. I bought it after a MAC SA used it on me and was pleased with both the results and the price tag ($10.50US). My lashes are already fairly long and thick and curl naturally, so I'm honestly not looking for much besides the extra "oomph." The brush looks like it's been gnawed on by a rodent, but it seems to do the trick--I do wipe it off on the edge of the container before and do the application side-to-side wiggle to avoid clumps, though. The formula is not waterproof, but it also has never smudged on me.

I have used Dior Show, L'Oreal Volume Shocking, Max Factor 2000 Calorie, Great Lash, Lancome Defincils, MAC X... and I keep going back to L'Oreal Voluminous. That stuff is so easy to apply, leaves me with lush long dark lashes without clumping, and the price makes me super happy.

I really like the CoverGirl LashExact. I'm also loving Lancome Fatale and Maybelline Full 'n' Soft.

So, how does this compare to the Full 'n Soft I bought on your recommendation? I like that stuff!

Hmmm. Well, this offers a bit more thickness, I'd say, with 2 coats. And the brush separates lashes better. But I like that one too!

I haven't actually tried this stuff, but currently I really like Clinique High Impact Mascara. I also use it with the white stuff on one side of the wand of L'oreal Double Extend Mascara.

I second L'Oreal Voluminous. It's great stuff. And, I do still like Shocking Volume...it can be a pain, but sooo worth it for those long nights out!

I like Lash Exact, and use Volume Exact as well.
The only think about Lash Exact that I don't like is that it's really wet & gloppy when it's brand new...so I always wipe the wand off on a tissue first. Once the tube starts to dry up inside I like it a lot more. I use Volume Exact as a second coat, just on the tips.

I'm a MaxFactor girl. The MaxFactor LashPerfection or VolumeCouture is great! It never clumps, it doesn't smudge, and it's not wicked expensive, maybe $10. I'd recommend it to anyone, it's awesome.

The history of perfume goes back to Egypt, although it was prevalent in East Asia as well. Early perfumes were based on incense, not chemicals, so aromas were passed around through fumes. The Roman and Islamic cultures further refined the harvesting and manufacturing of perfumery processes to include other aromatic ingredients.
Thus, the ancient Islamic culture marked the history of modern perfumery with the introduction of spices and herbs. Fragrances and other exotic substances, such as Jasmine and Citruses, were adapted to be harvested in climates outside of their indigenous Asia.

Ah….the sweet, smell of perfume! Today's market is flooded with hundreds and hundreds of different fragrances ranging
from floral to woodsy. Most women love the smell of perfume, wearing it even when going to the grocery store. The problem
is that perfume allergy for some women, is anything but nice.

Choosing the right perfume can be difficult and because it is also considered an intimate gift buying the wrong perfume
can backfire on you and get you the opposite result of that which you hoped for.
The first thing you need to do is do some homework, meaning research. Look at your lady's perfume bottles, the ones that
are nearly empty will be her favorites. If there is one there that is nearly full chances are she doesn't wear it often
or doesn't like it. Hint around and ask her what types of fragrances she likes and dislikes.
Humans are very sensory oriented and our sense of smell is no different. Certain perfumes can elicit strong reactions in
both the wearer and the person reacting to the scent. Perfumes are made not only to attract but to also relax someone. If
you aren't totally sure what kind of perfume to buy you can always play it safe and get something in the aromatherapy
line. If you go this route, bear in mind that vanilla scents are considered to relax and a peppermint or lemon scent will
be more stimulating.
