While I also hate reality TV with a passion, a Chinese version of the Apprentice may be highly appropriate as it may help inspire a new generation of managerial class.

Donald Trump not only sold the apprentice to China, but many other nations. Coran had Trump once on late night show and mentioned about that...it was really funny.
By the way, you know what's most popular show in China right now? Chinese version of "American Idols": super voice of gals!!! (forgive my poor translation)
It has been so hot that more than 100 millions of Chinese stick to it every week. Someone said it's popular because this show is a practice of democracy, something rarely seen in China

Boy, "American Idol" - and to be fair, I think the show originated in Britain - is one of those universal phenomenae, isn't it? The Arab version has been similarly successful.
So Lin, let us know who wins!
