Frankly, Bush is in a bit of a pickle here. He can't send them back to China because that would piss off every American except for the neo-cons and white supremicists. And he can't accept them here because that would piss off the neo-cons and white supremicists.
If only there was some part of that equation that Bush could ignore, but hey, he's a uniter, not a divider.
