What a fucker. I'm glad you ended your relationship with that therapist. All it takes is a little empathy and heart to realize what your family was going through and the significance of it.
Just because someone is a therapist doesn't mean that they should be.

Eeeewww. Much as I hate to say it, this doesn't surprise me.
There's nothing worse than losing a child. Any therapist who doesn't know that isn't worth anyone's time of day.
I'm sorry this happened. Just be careful with yourself. Alhough it sounds to me like you already know how to, better than any therapist could tell you.
