I think the hammock is highly overrated. It's the kind of thing that looks like it should be a lot more enjoyable than it is.

Oh, who am I kidding? Before I had my son I used to love my hammock. Of course, not only did I have more free time then, I also lived in a lovely, old DC subburb where they actually--gasp--had real trees. Now we live in a new neighborhood, the type where the developers saw fit to tear down every tree in sight.

Sigh.
