Add in their tendency to spend welfare money on 'marriage promotion' and the likelihood of money to those women and children (often leaving their husbands...) is even slimmer. Apparently there is one state where that marriage promotion money got spent on abstinence education for divorcees. Don't think about this stuff to hard. It'll make you crazy.
Oh you didn't get the memo on the sanctity of life from Karl and Scott (W was having logic issues that day...)? It's all about how important it is to protect wealthy, white, party line sheeple...I'll send along my copy quick!!

That really sucks. Even if I had heard about the 1% spending cut when it occurred, I would have foolishly imagined that it meant that the agencies who receive that money would all get 1% less than they had expected, not that 1% of the programs would get the shaft entirely.
Now if every terrorist were also an abuser . . . . Oh nevermind. Is it 2008 yet?
