These days, I'm soooooo glad not to own a car. I live in a city where you'd have to be nuts to drive, and everyone uses public transportation. I can't imagine paying so much for gas. |

I live at a comfy 84 degrees in the summer here in AZ- we discovered through experimentation that if it gets any hotter, the cats start throwing up. |

It's gonna be a hot summer where I live as well. We usually wear sweaters in winter, and put up with excessive heat in summer. This summer I'm guessing we will use the AC sparingly. As for gas prices - just shy of $3 a gal. There have been numerous stories of people hocking everything from watches to their cars in order to find gas money. Just so you know - my best friend’s fiancé manages a gas station. His suppliers told him to anticipate have to raise prices as high as $4 this summer. |
