Have you read Food Politics? It really makes you question everything you ever thought you know about healthy food. And the stuff about USRDA rules is extremely interesting.

I am also loving that book, and I am proselytizing to all and sundry about the evils of corn and farm subsidies. But I had to put it down in favor of escapism while my husband has been out of town this past month - I need pick-me-ups, not deep thought. But he'll be back in less than a week and the OD is calling my name....
