Hello fellow introvert! (I think that's why I love the Internet so much) Here's how I deal w/group dynamics: I drive home, close the gate behind me, and go straight to the BARN to spend time w/my sweet sane ponies, goats, & donkeys! I would never make it in the commune; I'm more the solitary hermit-type.

Interesting. I've encountered the type a few of the internet people that hang about our blog (and whose blogs I frequent) and they are all INTPs. As I said to the StealthBadger, what's the deal, in the real world you people are supposed to be less than 1% of the population, but what, you're like 98% of the internet.

As to handling group dynamics, I am better at it than I feel like I am at it, at least from outside reports. I seem to be very good at making INTPs feel included, and comfortable enough to participate. That being said, I am driven insane by E_FJs, because I am all logic-y and slow process oriented, in contrast to the outgoing feeling quick deciders. I have to be careful not to get into clashes over that, and calmly advocate for taking time to make sure everyone understands and is on board. It's better now that I know my hot button is an emotional (quick) decider.
