Oh, my word.
The CT legislature is considering a bill that will make plastic water bottles redeemable. I sometimes walk our neighborhood and pick up trash, and the water bottles are the most frequently found items. Well, that and the 1 million vodka bottles that someone with a problem throws in various spots around here.
