Earth's Best Banana baby food. Loved it. |

Aw, so glad you enjoyed it! |

What I mainly remember is holding my own 8-pounder in my right arm and trying not to spill on him while eating cereal left-handed. |

Challah bread--the day after my c-section, my dear friend came to the hospital to visit, and brought me a fresh, homemade loaf. I thought it a little odd at the time, but the next day, when we were told our baby had jaundice and we might not be able to take him home with us when I checked out the next day, my husband and I absolutely tore through it. It was so comforting and soothing--it actually calmed us down. |

Shrimp creole and croissants. |

Slow-cooked scrambled eggs before kiddo #3. My mil made it for me at her house while we were waiting for my husband to arrive to take us to the hospital. No eggs have ever tasted as good... |
