Damn. Man, the long years of Dubya & Darth Cheney have really taken a toll on the man.
I mean, how can you have an opinion on whether condoms (presumably the contraception form in question) prevent the spread of HIV. It's a fact. A fact! Something proven by that strange contribution to civilization we're in the habit of calling "the scientific method."
Then again, this is in a time when people don't "believe" in global warming.
