Wow! You should start a Measure Moms' Work campaign, in which all moms use pedometers and post their mileage on your blog. That'd give everyone a very concrete measure of just how busy we all are.


I would be afraid to strap on a pedometer...Finally got latest blood test results, my thyroid levels are low which helps explain how I could GAIN 8 LBS while training for a half-marathon! (half-assed training, it's true, but STILL!)
Upped my T4 dose 2 wks ago, stepped on the scales this AM to find that I'd lost a pound; hopefully the trend will continue


And you also share online with others what some may be too awkward or shy to do more personally: "Cracker crumbs and dirty socks": snort!

My biggest problem is lint, if all goes well.
