I'm having my own troubles, similar to yours, so I'll presume you actually are sincere in your letting off of steam - though it's in a very, very peculiar place and fashion - and tell you I'm sorry to hear of your troubles.
Perservere, and also bother to identify the actual business/political/social forces that have put you into your current position, as well as your own choices (I know I, being human, make stupid ones, and am lazy to boot, regularly): this is the annoying "consolations of philosophy" people go on about.
