I dunno, watching this I catch myself twigging on "A Clockwork Orange." Demetri seems to be becoming such a kinder, gentler male person, but I bet he still doesn't get laid.

Speaking of "The Ludovico Technique" I was watching some program on the aging population of prison inmates and they were talking to habitual sex offenders (many of them now getting on in years... essentially in for life) and one of them spoke about the efforts that had been made to "cure" him of his mental affliction and it was almost exactly the same kind of aversion therapy Burgess had imagined. Weird. The inmate said he was revolted by the material he was forced to watch , but also found himself being sexually aroused by it. Go figure.
