Gravatar I have been reading your blog for awhile now and haven't commented before this....but just had to say that your Lizard Ridge afghan is gorgeous!! You have pushed that project to the head of my "I want to knit that!" list. Absolutely beautiful.

Just want to add that I enjoy your blog immensely- I've got 3 young kids (ages 6 yrs, 4 yrs, and 10 mos, with the first two being 20 mos apart, similar to your girls) and it's fun to read about your girls and see how they are growing up. Thanks for taking the time out of your busy schedule to blog for us!! :D

Gravatar The blanket is beautiful!

Gravatar I saw your lizard ridge at MSY yesterday -- it is gorgeous!

Gravatar OMG it's gorgeous! I knew it would be, but looking at it all together... wow! So it's hot there, too?

Gravatar It's about time Well worth the wait. It's beautiful as is Jilly in all her wooly glory

Gravatar Love it!!! I really like the colour you chose for the border. I'm rethinking my idea of using black.

I have 3 squares left!! Need to buy one more ball of Noro.

Gravatar Renee, this is gorgeous! I love the way it moves with the pattern and the colors. And how funny -- I posted my finished pictures of my log cabin today too.

Hooray for Lizard Ridge!

Gravatar Lizard ridge looks great!

Gravatar It's wonderful Renee!! I hope that there are lots of cold & snowy days that just absolutely require snuggling up in it!

Gravatar Just found your blog about a week or two ago and am enjoying it. The blanket is absolutely gorgeous! Congrats on finishing it, especially while you were still enjoying it.

Gravatar It is so fabulous!! I want to knit one now and I really don't want to.
You see your kids all the time, I say change the wallpaper to the Lizard.
And now the Kauni...

Gravatar What a gorgeous afghan! You did a wonderful job!!

Gravatar Your blanket is absolutely gorgeous.

I love the picture on the fence.

Gravatar This is gorgeous! If only I had room on my schedule for one more massive project. Oh well, maybe next year. By the by, I love your blog, you remind me so much of my sister.

Gravatar Nice work on that blanket- I am kind of inspired to start one myself (but that would make about 20 projects on the go) Damn that startitis- I swear I was a crow in another life (Oooo- lookeee- pretyyyyyyyy)

Gravatar what a beautiful job you've done! i have lots of odd-balls of noro and am now inspired!

Gravatar WOW! I am so impressed with that blanket! I do have to ask; did you run into many balls of Noro with a knot in it? I made the Kureyon Tea Cozy (from Knitty) and had to cut out several sections of colour on one ball to make it match with the other because of a knot with sections missing. I was not impressed!

And I can't believe Jillian; I first thought it was a pic of Claire! I remember when Jillian was born; I guess I've been watching these girls grow up for awhile now. I love it!

Gravatar Gorgeous! Congratulations on getting it finished.

Gravatar Good job, my dear! I love it! It's so nice to knit a project that you still love doing at the end, eh? Something like finishing a good book.

Again, great job. It's truly gorgeous (like Jillian, Claire and, naturally, their gorgeous mother!).

Gravatar Love the Lizard Ridge blanket! I'm a terrible finisher but that might be something doable for me. The color shifts are yummy. Enjoy it this winter!
