You know, it'll take a good 2 weeks to get all the refined sugar out of your system.....and it may give you headaches. But once you make it through that, it will be easier. Find something that has natural sugar that you like. A nice piece of fruit, for instance.

Gravatar Ack, they weighed me at the docs office this morning. I did not need the reality check. Well, I kinda got the hint when I can't find a pair of jeans that fit without creating a muffin-top. for me, it means burning more calories than I eat - which means walking my ass off - literally. I hope we have nice weather soon. Anyway, I feel ya.

Gravatar I drink several glasses of water per day and after your body gets hydrated, you will stop running to the bathroom so much.
Did you know fiber will stop you from being hungry...find a low cal snack with lots of fiber and that will help.
I believe the pear has a lot of fiber.
