On a different topic...Is that Pastors' Prayer Group still meeting in Letterkenny?...have there been any more Concerts of Prayer involving the various congregations represented there?

We're distant relatives. Firstly because we're in Australia, secondly because your father-in-law is David's cousin! Found your site by accident when David was preaching on Elisha and asked me to see if there was any useful material on the net. (He's never done that before)..... I found heaps of garbage... and your blog. Lovely to see 'semper reformanda' in it's best sense!

Glad you liked the book. I trust you'll read it many times.

The pastors prayer group still meets, and we have our united prayer evenings about once a quarter.

A couple of pastors hav emoved away from the area, including Derek Hutchinson. But we still carry on the work

Stumbled across this site and was intrigued to see the kind words about "Uncle Fred". I say "Uncle Fred" because I'm married to one of his nieces
I only got to meet him a few times but the words you wrote echo with the few conversations we had. Thanks for the kind words and links. I'll forward them on to my wife and her family.
