Actually, Pelikan is singing in the heavenly Orthodox choir. I thought my father-in-law's head was going to explode when he heard that Pelikan joined the Orthodox Church. Lutheran to Orthodoxy. How does one make such a leap so late in life? Eternal mysteries.
