Yeah, Nikon D40 is a nice gem to use, especially if you're new to using a DSLR. It's very easy to use and the size fits well to the hands. And it can also fit in my office bag.

The cheap kit lens that comes with it is good enough, but if you want to take it a notch better, investing in better lenses is the wise thing to do.

If pagpipiliin ka between a D40 at D40x, dun ka na sa d40. Actually walang pagkakaiba instead dun sa pixel ratio which is 6mp of D40 to 10mp of D40x na hindi naman talaga halata. You will save a few thousands.
