The pictures of Balakot look devastating. It's going to be terribly hard to get help to some of those remoter areas. Hopefully the fact that military personnel and equipment are relatively close at hand in Kashmir means that they can be deployed into the rescue effort, but the scale of the destruction seems enormous.
