Ron Iverson has no chance at winning re-election in D27. Letts target this district and win in 2006!

I have another post up at my site (flickertail.blogspot.com) about this. One thing that really bothers me is that the legislators never publicized the trip - even though they said it was on the behalf of North Dakota.
Kasper even denied the trip before he acknowledged it (FLIP FLOPPER!).
Why the silence? What are they hiding/worried about/unwilling to divulge about their trips?

Moral authority check: The Republicans want Internet gambling and don't want to help the poor with heating costs.

I LOLd pretty hard when I read the title of Rob's post:
"ND Legislators Make Perfectly Legal Trip To Antigua"
It's just too funny - the paragon of Republican morals saying that merely being legal makes it appropriate.

This isn't a question of legality. It's a question of what are their priorites and goals. There was an obvious contradiction in Grande's quote. Also they are more worried about Internet gambling than heating assistance. Rob once again shoots himself in the foot.

Did you guys read paragraph 26 of the article? The one that said there was absolutely nothing illegal about their trip?
Yeah, didn't think so.

I think I remember Ron Iverson taking another one of these trips before. Man, he's getting in hot water. First it was a quote supporting Karl Rove; now it's taking free trips from lobbyists.
He's in District 27. If any of you live there, do not vote for Ron Iverson again. He's full of blunders.

These jerks are just looking for a free vacation. The Republican corruption you see in DC is now in ND.
