I stumbled upon your web site while looking for the NC gore photos. Fortunately I didn't click back and forth on your link trap which I think is clever and funny. I was curious to see if those photos were any worse than the photos I have seen out of Iraq.
I've decided I don't need to see them and whoever sent those pictures to the family deserves a sack-of-rocks beating and to be posted as a sex offender. My deepest condolences to her family and friends for their loss and the way they have been treated by a handful of rotten minds
I received an e mail with some shocking photos and the story of this girl Nikki. I wondered if any of these stories and photos you receive in e mail had any truth to them. Since this one had names in it I searched it out to see what if any truth there was to the story. Sad to see that her family has gone through such an ordeal.
Just stopped in because I was trying to find more info regarding this tragic accident. It just bogs my mind how some individuals can be so cruel and umcompassionate. I really would like to know what happened to the person who leaked the photos, but strangely enough, the person is protected. Hum, something is very wrong here. The family is now in my thoughts and prayers.

I didn't come to your site to see the pictures. Unfortunately, they were emailed to me. I can't believe that someone would leak those horrible pictures. However, I have heard so many stories about what happened, so I was trying to find out if anyone knew the truth. I just feel so bad for her friends and family. I can't imagine what they are going through. I'm really glad that you didn't post the pictures here. I've seen some really nasty comments people have made about her. It just turns my stomach. Do you know anything about the accident? (Besides the fact that she clipped a Honda and died.)
I saw the pictures through a fwd some girl I know recieved. I thought it was verying disturbing how graphic the photos were and think its terrible someone would give them out. I'm just sorry the family had to suffer emotionally because of someone elses stupid actions. My heart goes out to you.
I had the pictures emailed to me today and didnt think they were real so I googled her name and your website came up. I can not beleive how cold and ruthless some people are. My heart goes out to her family.
I am late on this. Ijust recieved the email with the pictures in it. I also thought it was fake. Just like many others googled it and to my suprise it was the real deal. I have six children and my oldest will soon be on the open road. It sends dread through me to think that someone had to see their "baby" like that. Bad enough to know that their gone, but then to know that crap like this is out there. Gees, my heart hurts for the mother, father and all family and friends. Hard enough to loose someone, doesn't matter how, they are gone and that mother will never be able to hold her again. If they believe in heaven (i do) then she is young and beautiful and free. Prayers with the family (even at this late date) I am so sorry for their lose.

I saw these images in a bulletin on MySpace and was sick to my stomach. My thoughts and prayers are with Nicole's family. To lose a child this way, then have the investigation photos leaked onto the Net and have people sending cruel emails to her dad saying she's really still alive is just beyond cruel. I personally think they should have been awarded the 20 mil they sought for damages because no, it won't bring their daughter back but they still deserve it. And I love how they're protecting the sick, sadistic bastard who leaked the photos in the first place.

The family is wrong to sue the CHP. Nikki was drunk and it's sad that she killed herself, but the only law that was broken was by Nikki herself. It's amazing how much good PR money can buy you. Pays to be rich in the OC.

Heres the thing folks,
I am not trying to say that the accident was in any way tragic, and I do think the use of the photos by the general public was not wrong and sick (personally anyone who sends crime scene photos of a loved one to the family needs to find some serious help) however, CHP guidelines state that the scene photos can be loaned out for educational purposes. I have my doubts that the CHP dispatcher did indeed use them for educational purposes but he was still within CHP guidelines. Also, kids now a days need to slow down, more and more are getting killed in their parents nice cars, be it a porshe or BMW or a Lexus, because they are for lack of a better term being stupid. Going 100 miles an hour on the highway in a car shes never driven before is stupid and overall it is her own fault that she died. Let this be a learning experience to all those kids that do speed up and down the highway ALMOST getting themselves killed.
The accident was tragic and the use of the photos was wrong... sorry... some typos... still a little tired.
