That sentence alone should be enough for Obama to meditate upon. He should have it engraved above his bed. Set upon his White House office desk where he can see it. Printed on a card to carry around in his pocket.
If he wants a tattoo ... here's one.

The Hondurans got that message and did their duty, much to the chagrin to the current occupant of the White House.
