Gravatar Did u see the hilarious responses saying Patricia Heaton is a hypocrite for saying she's pro-life but not saying one word about all the people killed in Iraq (by Bush, not Saddam or the insurgents). Keen intellectual minds over there

Gravatar Well, I have read the same thing in my comments here...Heh.

Hey! Aren't you on vacation?

Gravatar they are actually allowing comments at the huff and puff now?

Gravatar Go easy on Kornbluth. It's a very tough job market in NY right now for those who seek "an honest day's wage for an honest day's condescension, and perhaps a decent squab pate in white wine reduction".

I love IowaHawk.

Gravatar THAT is hilarious.

We are allowed to condescend right back, right????

Gravatar Well sure, if it's done in a nice, tolerant multicultural way. Just be mindful of "the corpses that lazily bob along in the nearby East River".

NY is a very tough place to be a conservative in. You need camouflage to guile to survive here as a republican. This here is the FEBA (forward edge of the battle area) in the red state/blue state wars. I myself live mere miles from Camp Clinton. I guess somebody has got to do it.

Gravatar Conservatives aren't too stupid to read Faulkner, just to busy and discerning.

Who has time to read Faulkner? Who is gonna work all day, pick up the kids, go to softball practice, and sandwich in a 200 hour book read?

Democrats can do that, I suppose. None of 'em ever earned an honest living in their whole lives, anyway.

Gravatar The Capitalist, Heh.

Having gone Ole Miss and lived in Oxford I was forced to read Faulkner. Not that he wasn't good, just long.
