I can't download any of these as I'm on dialup right now (I'll try to remember to revisit when I'm in Cairns next week on stolen wireless broadband), but can I assume the Honda advert is the \"Cog\" one?

I actually got that on DVD from their web page a year or two ago and it is indeed stunning... but was done in *two* takes. There's one section right in the middle where they've merged two separate bits of film using computery jiggery-pokery. Simply because the building they were working in wasn't long enough to house the entire scene to film it at once!

I remember about 10 or 12 years ago there was a series of programs late at night each about 10 minutes long called something like 'Catalyst' which was very similar to this. It was slight more industrial and less H&S savvy. The were using acetone to melt polystyrene and burning stuff...

Is that the French film you were thinking of?

A guy pops some money into a machine and the view goes inside said machine. All CGI from there on as the bottle is filled with Coke, kissed all over by ping pong balls with lips, pushed into a winterland where snowmen are diced and blown over it to chill it and fired off in a catapult as little people shoot themselves over it from cannon.

Sounds mental - it *is* mental - but beautifully made.

Duracell had a brilliant one years ago with plastic lizards running around to the tune of 'love machine' or some such. Not findable on YouTube, but maybe someone knows where it is?

$\"Gravatar\"$ Rik, can you find the one with the dancing milk bottles? Think it was seasonal as the footprints in the snow were made by the milkman - don't think there was an actual person in the ad. The whole thing may have been to encourage milk deliveries, instead of buying from supermarkets.
