I was under the impression that the immigrants from Mexico were coming here for a better life; the American life. Now we are going to give them the Mexican life as well; so I guess it wasn't about the life after all and was just about the money!
My question is this...
Who benefits from this?
Really. How in the world can our fearless leaders allow such raping of our way of life?
Meaning, we are open to different cultures, but we are perhaps not really interested in becoming another culture altogether. Especially a culture that doesn't seem to hold their own country accountable? It's OK to come into our country and tell us how to run it, but you couldn't stay home and fight for your right to a better life?
