Why should celebrities be treated any differently from anyone-else? Corporations fire employees call fellow employees slurs like "nigger" or "faggot" in the workplace precisely because those corporations can be sued for creating a hostile workplace.
Isaiah Washington deserved to be fired. However, his job could be saved if T R Knight agreed not to sue his employer over Washington's actions. However, Washington screwed himself when he claimed he didn't call Knight a "faggot." If I were Knight, I would never give that lying bastard an inch after that.

I think T.R. Knight is pathetic for turning this into a P.C. witch hunt. I just don't understand why a porfessional adult can't privately ask someone to be more respectful and let them know they won't be treated like that.
Moreover, I don't watch "Grey's"-I think they're all way too old for the Dawson's Creek teen angst. But, as far as I can gather this is only something that Washington was rumoured to have said and then something he paraphrased in a denial. So it's come to this? The thought police ship you off to be reeducated if you paraphrase this new "F" word?!

I feel like I'm watching some sci-fi dystopic nightmare brain washing here. It's just disturbing. And my brother's gay, and I don't like the word either!
