Prospect is gross.

Ugly ketchup and mustard color palette. Lame modernisn mixed with occasional "regular" houses. Aside from a handful of rowhouses almost entirely single-family detached.

I suppose it's still better than cookie cutter sprawl, but compared to the likes of Kentlands? Ugh.

Monday nights are best for me. Eventually, it could be held in the cafe-market I'm co-opening up in Brookland, although it won't likely be open til Feb-March.
