I spent the weekend in baltimore and kept drooling about the vacant lots around Penn Station, the run down row houses. I want to get me a piece of that action. this idea for the 12-20 person housing initiative is great. Any more details on it?

BTW/2, if you go up a few more blocks from Penn Station, above North Avenue, the number of vacant buildings is astounding.
It's 1.5 miles between Charles Village (next to JHU's Homewood campus) and Penn Station.
There is so much vacant property within a 1.5 mile radius of Penn Station...
But unlike WMATA's system, Baltimore's transit is quite weak. But if you live within a mile or two of Penn Station and you bike, you're ok.
Plus, the streetcar might come to Charles Street...
