Wow, what beautiful wayfinding signs and what a great way to promote the unveiling and present the program to the public. This would be an ideal exhibit for the building museum (which by the way -- has completely confusing wayfinding -- just stand in the lobby (if you can figure out how to get in the building the first time) and try to figure out where the exhibits are that you want to see).

The Legible London Yellow book is amazing. I like that the signs are themselves scaled very nicely for pedestrians as opposed to DC's high-up driver-oriented signs. I'm afraid something this good may be too visionary for DC to do.
