Change is Bad: Change is Good!
We've just been working on the closure of two schools and the opening of a new school in Plymouth which will combine the pupils of both schools. Surprisingly the community does not have as bad a view of this as you might think. Our clients, the Local Authority were petrified of the fall-out one they went public. But in fact people realised that one good school might be better than two struggling schools. The question is quality not qnantitiy and location of the joint school.

But people are always very scared of change - but yet regeneration has to bring change!
