it is so funny and pathetic that whenever childhood obesity is discussed in the media- it is almost NEVER mentioned that kids seldom walk or cycle to school anymore.Im sure that a lot of obesity would disapppear if the freakish parents of today would allow it to happen.Shows again how insular and incestuous our society has become that the OBVOIUS SOLUTIONS are in front of their faces and they ignore them.

When will planners stop permitting new residences over a mile and a half from exisiting schools?
