What is being a Christian? A christian forgives as Jesus forgives. You are so right about all prisoners once being someone's baby. For every one there, there is (I hope) someone at home who loves them. I once had to visit my son in jail. It is one of the hardest things I ever had to do. To see my baby only through glass was painful. So, yes justice is needed, but we are not to judge. We must have compassion, and hope and pray that the person behind bars will come to know Jesus, if they don't already. And yes, I believe there are christians in jail. mom
